We are a young Austrian consulting company based in the center of Vienna. Our dedicated team is passionate about the diverse and exciting topics we encounter daily. Our clients are renowned companies a variety of industries such as banking, insurance, the public sector, energy providers, telecommunications companies, biotech, and the IT sector.
Our focus
In close collaboration with our clients, we develop customized approaches for their complex challenges and support them during implementation. We combine solid theoretical and methodological knowledge with our practical experience and a touch of "outside-the-box thinking". Our consulting and services are organized into "Playing Fields". - Organisational design - analysis, definition, and deployment of suitable organisational models, processes, and governance to prepare companies for the challenges of the future
- Product-focused organizational forms and product ownership - accompanying organisations towards product focus and product operation; supporting product owners in mastering the challenges of their role
- Continuous product and service innovation - definition of innovation strategy, processes, and continuous improvement of services and products to respond to current market and user needs
- Agile project management - combining agile practices with project management practices to lead projects to success
Additionally, we offer our clients modern and flexible learning formats such as the Product Owner Excellence Programme and Masterclasses.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- You support and advise our clients during the conception and implementation of initiatives in the fields of organisational design, organisational structures, processes, and roles
- You accompany our clients in change initiatives and transformations towards digitalization and adaptive organisational models
- You accompany innovation processes and innovation initiatives
- You plan and lead initiatives and projects in the field of digitalization
- You design and facilitate workshops and learning sessions on various topics, based on the requirements and needs of the clients
- Through your expertise and experience, you contribute to the continuous improvement of our services
What you should bring with
- You have at least 7 years of relevant professional experience in at least one of the mentioned services and one of the industries
- You have a deep understanding and experience in the application of methods in the field of organizational design, strategy, change management, and innovation
- You have excellent communication skills and social competence to effectively convey complex concepts and promote collaboration between multidisciplinary teams
- You have a pronounced analytical mindset for identifying improvement potentials and developing suitable solutions
- You are familiar with the concepts of Lean as well as agile principles and practices as well as project management and consulting approaches
- You have experience in the innovative design and facilitation of workshops
- Experience in the conception and implementation of learning formats is advantageous
- A master's degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a related field, as well as certifications as a project manager and/or in agile roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master), are also advantageous
- You are fluent in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level) in both speech and writing
What we offer
We offer exciting and varied tasks, flexible working hours, and home office options, as well as attractive remuneration. We offer you an annual gross salary, depending on qualifications, education, and professional experience, starting from EUR 65,000 for a full-time position. The start date can be flexibly arranged.
